The Player's Association has been developed to ensure that each player and team in the United South Football League has a fair and competitive balance within each organization. In the past, Semi-Pro Football has been plagued by team violations going unaccounted for. Violations that usually involve players switching teams mid-season or teams "stacking" their rosters come playoff time. The USFL and it's Player's Association is dedicated to making our league the most dominate league in the country, having already established ourself as the most dominant league in the Southeast. . Part of this equation is to make sure their is a competitive balance throughout the league. The deadline for finalized team rosters is prior to the game July 11th.
This year's Player's Association fees will go towards providing the Jerseys for the All-Star game at season's end, eliminating out of pocket cost for the players involved in the All-Star Game. In addition to the jerseys, the USFL will provide T-shirts, medals and other perks for our All-Star rosters.
In additon each team will select (1) Player Representative for the Player's Association. The Player's role as a representative will be to bring fresh, new ideas to the Player's Association for consideration in the future. Each Player elected should have a working phone number and email address to send and receive information related to the Player's Association.
Throughout the off-season the Player's Association page will be updated a minimum of bi-weekly to provide players in the league with tryout information for professional teams throughout the country.
